Crompton Road Our Crompton Road Factory(10,000 SQ.FT) provides many services such as robotic painting and 6 stage iron phosphate pre-treatment plant. 4M double aperture powder booth 15M direct gas  fired air circulated oven 4x Dry back wet spray booths ABB painting robot in its own cell Fully automatic Pad printer Vapour degreaser and wash line Inspection light box with 3 light  sources Colour, gloss and thickness meters       Rutherford Road In 2000 we expanded into a second factory providing a total of 30,000 sq.ft of painting capacity. This enabled additional services to be introduced. 2 x 20m direct fired gas oven up to 240c 4 m double aperture powder coating booth 150m high speed powder line 2 x open face water wash paint spray booths 3 x open face paint spray booths 600 sq.ft  silk screening area complete with dark room facilities Large storage and masking areas 2500 sq.ft purpose built enclosed higher level assembly area with ESD protected area.

A modern ABB robot is uniquely installed within in own clean room which has its own automatic loading conveyor this is a wetspray painting system.

Our UK silkscreening department is housed in its own purpose area complete with its own print developing plant,something not normally found in a silkscreening operation.this is complemented by 2 modern pad printing machines
