We have invested heavily in this very sophisticated modern painting robot manufactured by the world leader in industrial robots ABB. The robot works in its own purpose built clean room environment thereby ensuring the very highest quality standards are met at all times. This is the only such installation in any independent paint finishers in Scotland and is for customers requiring very high volume and quality.
 

	This system has been vigorously inspected and passed by SONY Japan. The overall flexibility of the  unit lends itself to a wide range of products where very high finish is required over many thousands of parts. Ideal where you require thousands of parts painted to exacting standards. You cannot get a better system in any independent spray painting facility anywhere in Scotland.
	The robot is  a 5 axis  electro/mechanical  system including a highly flexible wrist action. The unit is controlled  by a sophisticated microprocessor. This ensures that at all times the amount of paint applied is consistent ensuring very even surfaces including gloss levels. Built into the purpose built clean room  cell is its own conveyer system fully integrated into the painting  cycle. We have our own onsite personnel to quickly re-program the robot to paint to your requirements.
