Two High Speed
Powder Lines
Eurospray has two high speed/high volume powder
coating lineseach capable of in excess of 1m/min and can
easily produce over 4000 items a day.
Eurospray are recognised as being a leading powder coater with
customers from all over the UK.We have a highly skilled powdercoating workforce
operating 2 high speed powder coating lines each capable of thousands of parts
per day.. Powdercoating is now a well accepted means of producing a very durable
finish at realistc prices. Powder coating is available in a wide range of
colours and textures see our Powder page for more information.We can wash /
degrease etc as required before powder coating your product, with
coloureurospray changes capable of being made in just few minutes we can handle
multiple powdercoat colours easily.We will will be pleased to sample powder coat
your product where you can judge for yourself the overall effectiveness of
powder coating.Powder coating is also very environmental friendly with there
being no hazardous vapour discharges and on certain powder coating projects we
can reduce your costs by being able to recycle the surplus powder used in the
overall powdercoating process.
Eurospray have a well established wet spray painting operation with many leading
companies choosing Eurospray to wet paint their product.We have over 20.000 wet
paint colours available to you, all can be made up in just few minutes with our
inhouse modern paint mixing Eurospray module.There is a vast amount of wet
painting knowledge available to you in Eurospray, dont hestitate to make full
use of our wet painting expertise.We wet paint a vast range of items from very
small pin size to massive 2 mtr dia satelitecommunication dishes wet painted
with a highly specialised paint designed for 20 years life in the worlds
harshest environments.Another specialised project we have recently carried out
was wet painting components for the JAMES WEBB SPACE TELESCOPE a truly unique
product most definately the only one in the world and we were chosen from all
the wet painting contractors in the world to paint an integral part of it.A
working example of customers seeking out genuine quality wet painting.Eurospray
are also heavily involved in wetpainting military items ranging from aircraft
cockpit parts/radar equipment/rocket launchers to battery boxes carried by our
soldiers.The latter is very interesting as the paint is highly specialsed to
help keep the soldiers""invisible" at night by reflecting infra-red light.This
very expensive wet paint is also resistant to chemical attack.This just another
example of customers using Eurospray to provide them with the wet painting
expertise needed for there specialised product
Our ABB robot (see our ROBOT page)operates in its own clean room environment
providing robotic painting on items that require robotic painting in their
thousands(this robot is not designed to handle effectively one off wet painted
parts).This modern robot is we believe the only such robot operating in any
independant paint spraying facility in Scotland. Robotic painting ensures that
once the quality standard has been programmed in it will remain the same 24 hrs
7 days .There is total computer control over the distance from the painted
part,the amount of paint being supplied and the speed of the pass all items
where conventional hand painting can obviously vary.
Eurospray have their own custom built silkscreening and pad printing facilty see
our SILK SCREENING page where a wide range of product is silkscreened and or pad
printed ,the latter being done on 2 modern pad printing machines.We are almost
unique amongst screening companies by having our own print developing room.We
daily silkscreen and pad print military items ,credit card authorisation units,
atm fascia, cable tv digi box fascia,panels for the electronics industry etc.All
our silkscreening/pad printing is carriedout by fully experienced staff.and we
carryout in excess off 1000 silkscreened and pad printed items per day.Eurospray
Eurospray operate Scotland`s leading independant wet painting, powder
coating, robotic painting and silkscreening/pad printing facility.
We have a permanent fulltime staff of over 30 well trained and motivated, to
ensure that you the customer receives quality products at all times WET PAINTING
POWDER COATING ROBOT PAINTING SILK SCREENING
In conjunction with the leading UK paint and powder manufacturers we can supply
over 20.000 colours most of which are available instantly with our
in house paint mixing system. Specific powder colours will be made up to meet
your requirements and carried out in our two high speed powder lines
A modern ABB robot is uniquely installed within in own clean room which has its
own automatic loading conveyor this is a wetspray painting system.
Eurospray carryout all types of wet spray painting covering items ranging in
size from very small to over 2 mtr diameter up to approx 4 mtr long
Eurospray powder lines can accommodate approximately 2 mtr long and 1,5 mtr
high. Our powdercoaters are very experienced
Our UK silkscreening department is housed in its own purpose area complete with
its own developing plant,something not normally found in a silkscreening
operation.this is complemented by 2 modern pad printing machines
Powder painting is now a well established means to ensure a very robust painting
at a realistic price. Spray painting either manually or by robot will meet the
highest specifications you may require.
